Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues, analyze system performance, and contribute to application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Assist with incident management and the development and implementation of support processes.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
