Responsibilities
- Validate customer requirements for proof-of-concept and production implementations.
- Configure Litmus products for proof-of-concepts, customer pilots, and production deployments.
- Lead assigned technical implementation activities and deliver contracted technical responsibilities.
- Develop solution approaches, reusable configurations, deployment best practices, and technical documentation.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and customer issue resolution.
- Support Sales Engineers and Account Managers with architecture reviews, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, demonstrations, and pre-sales-to-implementation handoffs.
- Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Development regarding requirements, market gaps, bugs, and product enhancements.
- Support webinars, customer meetings, partner enablement, reseller discussions, and user-group activities.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in Application Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Controls, Industrial IT/OT, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting software, infrastructure, automation, IIoT, analytics, or shop-floor solutions in manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture, Linux-based systems, databases, and customer deployment environments.
- Experience with product configuration, technical troubleshooting, customer-facing implementation, or technical support.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting or programming languages.
- Understanding of containerized and cloud or hybrid infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers, technical teams, sales teams, and partners.
- Experience with Litmus products, industrial data platforms, OPC/UA, PLC/SCADA systems, edge connectivity, pre-sales support, solution demonstrations, technical proposals, RFI/RFPs, partners, resellers, webinars, or user groups is preferred.
