Services Sales Solution Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology transformation programs and strategic executive customer relationships for Financial Services and Health and Life Sciences clients.
- Support services sales pursuits by defining technically deliverable solutions, scope, teams, pricing inputs, and contractual arrangements.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, feasibility assessments, roadmaps, and enterprise architecture strategy.
- Supervise solution and technical architecture for sophisticated customers, serve in a billable lead architect capacity, and identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, business partners, and project teams.
- Drive Salesforce adoption, consumption, customer efficiency, cost savings, innovation, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Technology, Product, TMP, Support, and regulated professional services teams on customer and product strategies.
- Mentor and develop professional services team members in consulting, industry, product, competency, and leadership skills.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, approved methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards.
- Build an architecture community and support enablement, standard methodologies, and regulated-industry solution points of view.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level technology transformation programs with Fortune 500 companies.
- 10+ years of relevant professional services consulting experience and 10+ years leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff.
- 8+ years of experience with cloud and cloud-based technologies, ideally including Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences.
- 8+ years of experience with data architecture and 8+ years with system-to-system integration, distributed architectures, and event-driven architecture using common ESB platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect achievement is desired, or candidates should be on a path to CTA.
- Experience solving complex customer business challenges, leading C-suite relationships, participating in pursuit and proposal development, and planning strategic roadmaps.
- Knowledge of system development, implementation, operational readiness, solution planning, security, compliance, scalable and highly available application architectures, DevOps, and observability.
- Executive-level written, oral, communication, and presentation skills, plus knowledge of design thinking and human-centered change processes.
