Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and prepare business-critical data from SAP and non-SAP systems for AI use cases.
- Design and build AI-ready datasets supporting SAP Business AI and Generative AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, integration frameworks, and data transformation processes.
- Design grounding mechanisms and context retrieval solutions for Generative AI applications.
- Establish data quality, lineage, metadata, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop semantic models, knowledge bases, and AI-ready data repositories.
- Optimize data architecture and performance for AI and analytics workloads.
- Support deployment through data provisioning, monitoring, observability, and operational support.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to validate data readiness and business relevance.
- Contribute reusable assets, best practices, and data engineering standards to the AI delivery team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with SAP Gen AI Hub.
- Experience designing data foundations, pipelines, integration, transformation, governance, and AI-ready datasets.
- Ability to support secure, compliant, high-quality, and trusted enterprise data access for AI solutions.
