Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and robotic process automation solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders and teams to support integration and delivery.
- Design and deploy scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
- Oversee best practices, timelines, quality standards, and development-process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, automation workflows, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and integrate robotic process automation tools with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
