Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical assistance with ION implementation, usage, and development at customer sites.
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and develop strategies and tailored solutions, including custom web applications and large-scale data workflows.
- Own the development and delivery of customer solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code across the stack.
- Execute high-stakes projects end to end in small teams.
- Use customer feedback and requirements to continuously improve the ION product.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Experience shipping production-quality code.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
- Desired experience in manufacturing, product management, or as a lead engineer.
- Desired experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript.
- Experience or curiosity working with large-scale data for customer-facing problems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
