Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply existing agents and frontier models across worker, business, operations, and marketplace applications.
- Lead frontend and backend development while mentoring other engineers.
- Architect and build real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Own product surfaces end to end in partnership with product and design.
- Partner with the CTO on architecture and roadmap and build platform capabilities used across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined frontend and backend development experience.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products, including prompting, tool wiring, and evaluations.
- Track record of shipping scalable, performant products in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Ability to work across API design, user experience, and deployment infrastructure.
