Responsibilities
- HMI制御アプリケーションの要件定義、ECU間通信を含む機能設計、ソフトウェア実装・検証をチームで主導する。
- 実車両やドライビングシミュレータを用いてHMIを評価し、関係チームと仕様変更に対応する。
- コードレビューを実施し、量産開発におけるソフトウェア品質を担保する。
- トヨタ自動車やその他のパートナーと折衝し、開発項目、スケジュール、予算を策定する。
- ハイブリッドワーク方針に基づき、週3日以上オフィスに出社する。
Requirements
- 消費者向けアプリケーションソフトウェアの開発経験3年以上。
- 技術リーダーとして他のプログラマーを支援し、ソフトウェアを実装した経験。
- 業務上、日本語で文章および口頭のコミュニケーションを行った経験。
- 社内外の多様なチームと対話し、要件・仕様・技術詳細を相互に理解・共有した経験。
- 量産車向けHMI、メータ、ヘッドアップディスプレイ、マルチメディアシステム、またはコックピットECU向け制御ソフトウェアの開発経験があれば歓迎。
- 量産開発におけるC言語でのプログラミング、組込み・ECUソフトウェア開発、MATLAB/Simulinkを用いたモデルベース開発の経験があれば歓迎。
- Python、Flutter、Unity、Blenderを用いたモバイル・ウェブ・デスクトップアプリケーション開発経験があれば歓迎。
- ISO26262、SOTIFなどの自動車業界標準、アジャイル／スクラムのプロジェクトマネジメント、ドライビングシミュレータ、UX企画・インタラクティブデザインの経験があれば歓迎。
