Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute architecture strategy for AI-powered customer experience and contact center solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and workflow orchestration solutions.
- Develop conversational and task-oriented experiences using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Architect scalable and secure AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Design agent workflows using tool usage, API integrations, function calling, and orchestration.
- Lead cloud-native microservices and event-driven architecture implementations.
- Establish AI architecture standards, development practices, governance, and security controls.
- Collaborate with business, customer experience, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and architects while providing technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution design experience.
- 5+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications on Google Cloud.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Experience with Google Gemini models, PaLM models, and enterprise LLM integration patterns.
- Experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Functions.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong system design, microservices architecture, customer experience, and contact center expertise.
