Base Salary
$75k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions for current and prospective clients.
- Create technical blueprints and solution strategies with the Director of Solutions Engineering.
- Support RFP responses, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout sales and implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Recommend solutions based on knowledge of Assurant products, platforms, capabilities, and services.
- Support client implementations, product launches, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with global teams on international opportunities and solution delivery.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, committees, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree.
- At least two years of experience in client management, project management, business analysis, data analytics, product development, management information systems, or sales support.
- At least two years of experience working with technical platforms, system integrations, or interoperable technologies.
- Experience with Assurant systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment and learn new technologies, products, and business processes.
