Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams during high-value implementations.
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements.
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists to support technical workstreams for faster customer success.
- Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations.
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Fusion environments.
- Be a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integration blockers and guide customers through configurations.
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for Oracle Fusion integration support.
- Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules.
- Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion finance and accounting workflows.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
