Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion
- Guide Oracle Fusion integration, configuration, and system design for high-value implementations and expansion opportunities
- Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Fusion, HRIS, and API integrations
- Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads
- Conduct technical discovery of customer Oracle Fusion environments and recommend Ramp architecture, including API usage
- Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
- Advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs while partnering with Sales, Product, and external partners
- Create internal documentation and tooling to scale Oracle Fusion integration support
- Channel Oracle Fusion customer feedback and pain points to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
- Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
- Ability to work with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and explain them to finance and operations stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence roadmap decisions
- Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Fusion implementations and edge cases while balancing scalability and supportability
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills
