Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead partner integrations from discovery through production as the primary technical point of contact.
- Manage multiple integrations and competing go-live deadlines as the technical project manager.
- Architect data flows and API connections between EliseAI and partner systems.
- Own integration testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Identify API gaps and collaborate with Engineering and Product on solutions.
- Create developer documentation, playbooks, tooling, and reusable integration patterns.
- Coordinate with partner engineering teams, partnerships, engineering, product, and customers as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner- or customer-facing technical work such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns.
- Ability to read and reason about code, particularly Python or similar.
- Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders such as vendor or customer engineering teams.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and execute on several projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem-solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
