Base Salary

$102k - $144k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and scope technical solutions for lifecycle events involving Google first-party and third-party authentication and authorization solutions.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and partner support managers to manage technical rollouts end-to-end.
  • Conduct sales engineering activities with business development, including pitches, technical objection handling, implementation troubleshooting, and partner guides.
  • Identify technical gaps and opportunities for solution reuse or new innovations.
  • Write technical integration documentation and communications for developers and partners.
  • Implement tools and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage expectations and communicate technical and business feedback to internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop identity subject matter expertise and provide technical advice and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, or XML; databases; or SQL queries.
  • Experience with system design or at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or PHP.
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver results, and drive technical decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
