Base Salary
$145k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide deep technical expertise to help customers adopt AWS products and achieve business goals.
- Design scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures for complex customer challenges.
- Lead architectural reviews, technical workshops, and customer discussions with technical and business leaders.
- Collaborate with specialist, sales, marketing, product, account, and service teams on customer opportunities.
- Educate customers on AWS value and support successful cloud deployment.
- Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, public speaking, and technical communities.
- Provide customer insights to specialist and product teams and serve as a technical point of contact for urgent issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Preferred: experience in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred: experience working with AWS technologies from a development and operations perspective.
