Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and application components.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team’s work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate software development activities with stakeholders and business objectives.
- Apply debugging, testing, performance optimization, system architecture, and integration practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python programming.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Understanding of debugging, testing, performance optimization, system architecture, and integration concepts.
