Responsibilities
- Independently develop complex software for enterprise products.
- Participate in analysis, design, estimation, planning, and implementation discussions.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI tools and agents using Python, AI frameworks, and LangGraph/LangChain.
- Own code quality through code reviews and defect-prevention practices.
- Implement and consume REST APIs and contribute to UI development using JavaScript-based frameworks.
- Resolve issues quickly and perform regression testing.
- Apply software development lifecycle, Agile, and test-driven development practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and its libraries.
- Good understanding of AI frameworks and practical AI application.
- Experience developing and deploying tools and agents using agentic AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph/LangChain.
- BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of enterprise product development experience.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing concepts and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, design, coding, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Proficiency implementing and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with UI frameworks based on object-oriented JavaScript, such as BackboneJS or AngularJS.
- Current knowledge of AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to information management.
- Experience with regression testing and understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies is required; content management domain experience is a plus.
