Responsibilities
- Design solutions aligned with product requirements, business priorities, enterprise standards, non-functional requirements, and fitness functions.
- Maintain the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for multiple solutions or products.
- Create conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways.
- Define and drive reference architectures, patterns, non-functional requirements, fitness functions, and Architecture Decision Records.
- Assess initiative impacts and dependencies across capabilities, risks, and application landscapes.
- Lead complex problem-solving, provide technical oversight to product teams, and mentor others.
- Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new technologies while managing technical debt.
- Conduct vendor assessments and communicate or negotiate architectural decisions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions in a complex or multiple-solution/product context.
- Experience maintaining solution visions, roadmaps, and current landscapes and assessing initiative impacts on capabilities, risk, and application landscapes.
- Proven track record contributing to architecture practice development and mentoring others.
- Expert-level knowledge across multiple technology areas.
- Proficiency creating conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways.
- Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, non-functional requirements, and fitness functions.
- Capability to evaluate external technology trends, assess feasibility, and conduct vendor assessments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder-influence, and problem-solving skills.
