Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional, production-ready frontend software.
- Develop new financial and insurance information systems, utilities, interfaces, and office applications.
- Suggest and implement improvements to existing functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with teammates, product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to design features and evolve architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable code and meaningful unit tests.
- Use and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
- Apply security standards and engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to application infrastructure and maintain clear documentation.
- Take ownership of complex technical problems, perform trade-off analysis, and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert-level programming skills in React and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of functional programming, object-oriented programming, architectural patterns, and scalable frontend design.
- Strong knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Mocha, and Playwright.
- Experience with scalable state-management solutions such as Redux Toolkit and Recoil.
- Experience with modern ECMAScript standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate proactively, and raise risks in a timely manner.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- Preferred experience includes micro frontend architectures, Spec Driven Development, BEM or similar CSS methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, leading complex frontend initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
