Base Salary
$113k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support small-business sales teams serving accounts with 1–9 employees and drive wireless solution adoption.
- Provide technical consultation and solution guidance in multiple customer meetings daily.
- Present solution features, benefits, and return on investment to customers.
- Assist with in-building coverage requests and improve wireless network accessibility.
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
- Travel 25–50% within the assigned market or territory and perform other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience, an advanced degree plus 1 year of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles.
- Professional record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.
- Experience supporting wireless business sales teams in SMB, enterprise, or government settings is preferred.
- Required capabilities include customer needs identification, product knowledge, business sales, solution consultation, technical demonstrations, technical presentations, technical training, wireless networks, communication, and project management.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Remote work aligned to the assigned territory, with candidates near the Frisco, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio metro areas preferred.
- Expected travel is 25–50% of the time.
- Base pay range is $78,750–$142,030.
