Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Perform hands-on development, design, and architecture based on client requirements.
- Build and orchestrate conversational AI, voice bot, chat bot, and agentic AI applications.
- Develop LLM applications with tool calling, function calling, multi-agent workflows, and prompt engineering.
- Implement, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, evaluate, and optimize production AI agents.
- Support QA and UAT teams.
Requirements
- Conversational AI and agentic AI platform experience is required, including AWS Lex or another deterministic bot platform, Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and orchestrating AI agents with Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands.
- Experience with voice bot and chat bot development, intent modeling, conversation design, prompt engineering, NLU concepts, LLM application development, tool integrations, and agent workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, model evaluation, grounding, and agent performance tuning.
- Experience securing enterprise AI agents through guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI controls.
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting production AI agents and conversational AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Experience with RAG architectures is optional.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS AI certifications or equivalent, advanced multi-agent orchestration experience, responsible AI and governance experience, and conversational analytics or agent evaluation framework experience.
- Experience with at least one AI development accelerator such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude is required.
