Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade conversational and agentic AI solutions.
- Lead onshore and offshore development teams while providing hands-on development, solution design, and architecture.
- Build voice bots, chat bots, LLM applications, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement prompt engineering, conversation design, intent modeling, NLU, grounding, model evaluation, and agent performance tuning.
- Optimize AI agents for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Secure enterprise AI agents through guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI controls.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production AI agents and conversational AI systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, UAT teams, product stakeholders, and business leaders to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in software engineering, solution design, and technical leadership.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale conversational AI or generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lex or another deterministic bot platform, Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands.
- Experience developing and orchestrating AI agents, LLM applications, tool integrations, function-calling workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience building production-grade generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, grounding, agent tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures is optional.
- Experience with secure AI/LLM deployment patterns, cloud-native agent architectures, responsible AI, governance, compliance, or enterprise AI security is advantageous.
- AWS AI certifications or equivalent are helpful.
- Experience using at least one development accelerator such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude is required.
- Experience with conversational analytics, agent evaluation frameworks, bot performance optimization, and advanced agent orchestration patterns is helpful.
