Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team across onshore and offshore locations.
- Perform hands-on development, design, and architecture based on client requirements.
- Develop voice bots, chat bots, conversational AI applications, and agentic AI applications.
- Build and orchestrate LLM agents, tool integrations, function-calling workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, grounding, agent tuning, and optional RAG architectures.
- Optimize AI agents for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Secure enterprise AI agents with guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI controls.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production AI agents and conversational AI systems.
- Support QA and UAT teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lex or another deterministic bot platform, AWS Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands SDK or Framework.
- Experience developing production-grade generative AI applications and orchestrating AI agents using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands.
- Experience with voice bot and chat bot development, intent modeling, conversation design, prompt engineering, NLU concepts, LLM application development, tool calling, function calling, and agent workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, grounding, agent performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with conversational analytics, agent evaluation frameworks, and bot performance optimization.
- Experience using at least one AI development accelerator such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS AI certifications or equivalent, advanced multi-agent orchestration experience, responsible AI and governance experience, compliance knowledge, and enterprise AI security controls.
- Knowledge of secure AI/LLM deployment patterns and cloud-native agent architectures is a plus.
