Responsibilities
- Enhance payment infrastructure to support scale and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user transaction experiences.
- Design and implement complex distributed systems for millions of users.
- Lead technical roadmaps and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Own projects from inception to production and maintenance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in building scalable systems for high user volumes.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user needs.
- Ability to architect and build systems to improve business operations.
- Experience with payment systems and international commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages, primarily Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.
