Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance SAP SDLC and DevSecOps capabilities using SAP Cloud ALM, GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, SAP Solution Manager, and ChaRM.
- Support SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption, production stability, performance optimization, and HANA activities.
- Develop ABAP, Python, and scripting solutions to modernize and secure the SAP DevSecOps toolchain.
- Integrate audit requirements and SDLC process controls into SAP development and deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot transport failures, deployment issues, system inconsistencies, and performance problems.
- Manage SAP Transport Management System processes and ensure secure, compliant movement of configurations and custom developments.
- Support SAP Basis, HANA, BTP, SAP RISE, and cloud-hosted applications across GCP, AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
- Coordinate stakeholder management, requirements gathering, project activities, change management, incident management, problem management, and audit management.
- Use ServiceNow and Jira to manage changes, incidents, stories, and tasks, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis and SAP HANA, including SAP upgrades, migrations, installations, cloud adoption, production stability, and performance optimization.
- Proven software development experience with ABAP, Python, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM, GitHub, and SAP Transport Management System.
- Understanding of SAP RISE, SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori applications.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Ansible for SAP automation.
- Experience with SAP infrastructure, logistics, architecture, design, sizing, UNIX, Windows, Oracle, and HANA.
- Project management experience, including Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence, is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal communication, written communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
