Responsibilities
- Contribute as a key member of a Scrum team developing Avigilon Unity Video Products.
- Design, architect, implement, maintain, and support end-to-end software solutions and large-scale APIs.
- Help define and execute direction for build pipelines, containerization, DevOps tooling, and test automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and support a culture of continuous learning.
- Uphold rigorous software development and quality standards across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of software development or Software Engineer experience.
- Extensive experience with C++.
- Experience working in a large code base.
- Experience with databases including Berkeley and Postgres.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include delivery of a large-scale public-facing application, knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps, and experience developing cloud applications in Azure.
