Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end features within workforce planning systems.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions using modern cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to and drive architectural decisions, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.
  • Deliver software through the full development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects and working independently on technical initiatives.
  • Strong software design, development, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
