Base Salary
$169k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise architecture and application designs in accordance with architectural principles, patterns, and standards.
- Lead architecture and design solutions for emerging business needs and complex technology environments.
- Design stable, flexible, reusable, and high-performance solutions while avoiding redundancy.
- Develop and guide scalable applications, APIs, RESTful services, and web applications.
- Identify organization-wide technology initiatives and recommend ways to increase value from technology assets.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to support architectural goals and optimize solutions.
- Oversee organizational architectural activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to architectural methodologies, company policies, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ten years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Java programming, and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with web-based n-tier architecture, database design, J2EE design patterns, MVC Architecture, Business Delegate, Singleton, and Data Access Object patterns.
- Experience with microservices architecture, scalable application design, APIs, and RESTful services.
- Experience developing web applications using HTML5, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, TypeScript, Angular, AngularJS, and Node.js.
- Experience with Oracle and SQL Server database programming tools.
- Experience with test-driven and behavior-driven development using Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
- Experience using Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Log4j, JUnit, and TestNG for development, logging, and testing.
- Experience using Git for version control and Git CI/CD for release and deployment.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $169,000.00–$218,000.00 per year, excluding other compensation components.
- The total compensation package may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefits.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the Pittsburgh, PA worksite.
- The position is at-will.
