Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and technical win for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
- Develop tailored technical narratives for highly regulated customers and address compliance, security, and operational concerns.
- Create Business Value Assessments linking infrastructure consolidation to cost savings, risk reduction, and developer velocity.
- Use LLMs and AI-native workflows to analyze requirements, document discovery, and develop multi-tenant architecture diagrams.
- Coach Associate and Intermediate Solutions Engineers and improve qualification frameworks and proof-of-value templates.
- Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering and translate enterprise pain points into technical requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering, positioning complex infrastructure or platform solutions to enterprise buyers.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including control planes, namespaces, Cluster API, multi-tenancy, and virtualization trade-offs.
- Ability to apply consultative, data-driven selling and identify complex opportunities within Fortune 2000 accounts.
- Preferred qualifications include CKA or CKAD certification and participation in the CNCF or open-source ecosystem.
- Experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector environments is a bonus.
