Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts to identify and refine automation requirements.
- Test and debug automation solutions to ensure quality.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions for ongoing efficiency and performance.
- Create detailed documentation for automated processes and procedures.
- Provide support and training to end users.
- Evaluate automation processes and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Four to seven years of total experience, including at least four years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support.
- At least three years of experience with Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale UiPath implementations in multi-bot environments and COE-led delivery models.
- UiPath development experience is mandatory.
- Experience with UiPath or Blue Prism, cognitive automation and AI technologies, process modeling, automation frameworks, and Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master Certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independence, and attention-to-detail skills.
