Responsibilities
- Shape early recommendations and business process transformation points of view for enterprise customer engagements.
- Recommend process, workflow ownership, and cross-team operating model changes beyond the Airtable platform.
- Design end-to-end architectures enabling humans and agents to work together.
- Identify high-value agentic workflows and design reliable human-in-the-loop handoffs.
- Build stakeholder coalitions and manage competing priorities across complex organizations.
- Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Remain accountable through delivery, adapting solution designs as customer needs evolve.
Requirements
- 7+ years of client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation experience.
- Track record leading complex engagements with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
- Professional services or management consulting background, including delivery against statements of work.
- Experience leading business process transformation where the outcome changes how an organization operates.
- Practical experience designing agentic workflows, including model selection, prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and AI risk assessment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business subject-matter experts.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale organizations involving thousands of users, multiple business units, and compliance or security requirements.
