Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define key scenarios, use cases, and end-user experiences.
- Design, implement, and refine solutions with product management, design, and partner teams.
- Identify difficult technical problems, evaluate practical tradeoffs, and drive decisions.
- Build and ship services using industry best practices.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver customer-focused products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud and other applicable security screening requirements.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Preferred: experience designing, architecting, and driving large features or functionality.
- Preferred: experience building applications on top of large language models.
- Preferred: ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and experience with customer-focused innovation.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay is listed as $85,400–$168,100 per year, with a separate $111,100–$183,700 annual range for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
