Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across FI/CO, MM, and other modules.
- Design end-to-end business processes for e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, procurement, finance, and operations.
- Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and OMS, WMS, finance systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Guide SAP best practices, data models, extensibility, Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models.
- Review functional and technical specifications for architectural consistency and solution quality.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and global stakeholders on scalable SAP solutions.
- Identify automation, process-improvement, and optimization opportunities.
- Mentor SAP functional and technical teams and lead architectural governance and design reviews.
- Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise standards for performance, reliability, availability, and security.
- Support S/4 HANA rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and greenfield and brownfield implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- 12–18+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules, including FI/CO and MM.
- Experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub.
- Experience leading multi-country and multi-business-unit SAP transformations.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Preferred: experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organizations.
- Preferred: hands-on greenfield or brownfield SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-based SAP deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: understanding of TOGAF, SAP Activate, and distributed global SAP teams.
