Base Salary
$190k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for frontend and backend applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical specifications and deliver software solutions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to improve application performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of learning within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements for product enhancement.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliable software releases.
- Engage with product and customer success teams to refine business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
- Experience with AI in software development.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies including React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies including Typescript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to take ownership and initiative in product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage with users.
