Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, customize, maintain, and support Vynamic Security and related server modules for customer environments.
- Develop and manage customer-specific security policies and harden software stacks and operational processes.
- Pilot new security software releases and support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities.
- Analyze vulnerability reports, validate findings, perform root cause analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Resolve complex product-domain support incidents and provide escalation support, hotinfos, and best practices.
- Analyze customer business processes, functional and nonfunctional requirements, and technical environments to determine solutions.
- Provide customer, area staff, and GDC training and contribute to pre-sales proposals, RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and SOWs.
- Collaborate with product management, product development, professional services, support, and pre-sales teams.
- Travel locally and internationally to customer locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MCA.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and its file systems, plus experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with ATM applications and flows and terminal security applications.
- Knowledge of application and port allowlisting/blocklisting, access control, security hardening, intrusion prevention systems, encryption technologies, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and fluent English communication.
