Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define architecture blueprints for Wibey’s core platform and CLI, IDE, and web client surfaces.
- Drive architecture for the agent harness, agent orchestration, multi-provider LLM routing, and durable workflow execution.
- Set technical direction for governance, security architecture, policy enforcement, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Guide engineering teams on coding standards, frameworks, and tooling choices.
- Lead requirements analysis and technical scoping with product and engineering leaders.
- Own deployment architecture across cloud and on-premise environments, including CI/CD pipeline design.
- Build stakeholder alignment and communicate technical tradeoffs using data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus six years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related area; alternatively, eight years of relevant experience.
- Deep experience in solution and enterprise architecture and defining blueprints across multiple products and teams.
- Experience architecting agentic or AI-orchestration systems, including multi-agent workflows, tool/MCP integration, or LLM gateway patterns.
- Experience designing or building agent harnesses and understanding how harness tradeoffs affect reliability and correctness at scale.
- Strong background in coding standards and frameworks and experience guiding secure, scalable software development.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements and translate them into clear technical direction.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior engineering leaders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus four years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.

- Annual salary ranges are $169,000.00–$338,000.00 in Sunnyvale and $156,000.00–$312,000.00 in Bellevue, with additional performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.
