Base Salary
$143k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria, analyze alternatives, and implement designs.
- Research current and emerging technologies and recommend process or architecture improvements.
- Assess existing system and business-process architecture and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure technical data teams deliver efficient and effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain service-design procedures and processes.
- Prepare and present test plans, technical presentations, analyst briefings, and product recommendations.
- Identify customer requirements and evaluate data, software, platform, and network configurations.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on project cost, schedule, and quality.
- Document data collection, analysis, interpretation, and associated architecture in MPIC management and tracking systems.
- Safeguard personally identifiable information and protected health information.
- Support ad hoc educational and outreach sessions with CMS, law enforcement, agents, brokers, Navigators, and other partners.
- Coach less experienced professionals and potentially serve as a team or task lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-field preparation that includes 2–4 years of ACA and/or Medicaid-Medicare experience.
- At least 8 years of solutions-architecture experience.
- Current experience supporting the CMS/MPIC program is required.
- Experience with solutions architecture involving AWS, cloud environments, and connections or interfaces with data sources.
- Expert knowledge of systems design and analysis, including configuration and/or programming of complex infrastructure, database, and application systems.
- Strong communication and deep analytical skills, with demonstrated innovation in design and thought.
- Ability to adapt to changing business, client, and technical-environment needs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and pass a CMS background check.
- Experience with FWA claims, complaints, or other data maintained in a cloud environment is valued.
