Base Salary
$224k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and engineering teams to identify what to measure, build, and buy.
- Learn engineering workflows, identify pain points, and improve development throughput, quality, and adoption.
- Teach new tools, collect feedback, and iterate with engineering teams and individual contributors.
- Design systems consumable by both human and agent users.
- Create high-throughput CI/CD pipelines and work across external product and internal application platforms.
- Drive tool distribution and adoption using user feedback, technical telemetry, and industry research.
- Architect, ship, release, and re-architect systems as technology and requirements evolve.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Platform, Infrastructure, DevEx, or DevOps roles.
- Ability to independently architect and ship complex systems with minimal oversight.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data-intensive applications, and AI agent primitives.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Nix, NixOS, Homebrew, or MDM tools.
- Required experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Go, TypeScript, startup environments, Linux administration, Git, engineering on-call rotations, and CI tooling.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise AI deployments, systems or infrastructure engineering, enterprise integrations and APIs, authentication and security constraints, production debugging, and rapid delivery.
- Preferred familiarity with Argo, cdk8s, OpenTelemetry, Observe, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Spacelift, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
