Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes Operators for the Camunda SaaS offering.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to define, ship, and iterate on features across cloud and multi-region deployments.
- Improve existing codebases for security, stability, reliability, and quality.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide third-level escalation support.
- Advocate for new ideas, knowledge sharing, automation, and a pragmatic engineering culture.
Requirements
- Experience using Go or another relevant language for cloud-native software development.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud service provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and a deep understanding of its core concepts.
- Ability or willingness to use the Camunda product.
- Collaborative, autonomous, and pragmatic approach to programming and problem solving.
- Experience writing and maintaining Kubernetes Operators is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-region or multi-cloud infrastructure and Crossplane is preferred.
