Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI solutions for image generation, text generation, and creative content synthesis.
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, GenAI SDKs, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop memory concepts and multi-agent orchestration solutions using agentic frameworks.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions on Azure and optimize their performance.
- Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective distributed, microservices, and containerized architectures.
- Use Python, Docker, and Kubernetes to develop AI software solutions.
Requirements
- 4 to 16 years of overall experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic frameworks, and GenAI SDKs.
- 1 to 2 years of experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Autogen, Lanngraph, MS Agent SDK, A2A, MCP, and A2P, plus memory concepts and multi-agent orchestration.
- At least 7 years of Python experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Azure AI-related cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- At least 2 years of experience architecting end-to-end AI solutions with Azure capabilities and optimizing performance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI architectures.
- Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices architectures, and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
