Responsibilities
- Own customer POCs, including scope, success metrics, architecture, timeline, and production handoff.
- Architect AI infrastructure solutions across training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Deliver technical demonstrations tailored to engineering leaders and executive audiences.
- Translate technical requirements into business outcomes and influence complex sales cycles.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and manage multiple customer engagements.
- Create reusable demos, reference architectures, and playbooks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Product Manager.
- Proficiency in one or more of Rust, Go, or Python.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including GPUs, distributed training, and inference serving.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Slurm.
- Strong understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Proven ability to run technical evaluations and influence outcomes in complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining infrastructure and model behavior to technical and executive audiences.
- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and strong prioritization across multiple deals and customer threads.
