Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, product management, and partner teams to develop suitable advertising UX designs.
- Build versatile ad-rendering UX packages and libraries for various platforms.
- Use data processing and monitoring systems to analyze system performance and drive improvements across the full advertising stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of technical engineering experience coding in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience building production UI with modern frameworks such as React.js, WebComponents, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience building, maintaining, and debugging complex web applications across development, staging, and production environments, including multi-region, multilingual, cross-platform, and multi-component systems.

- Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft Hub in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week, subject to local law and jurisdiction.
- The U.S. typical base pay range is USD $119,800–$234,700 per year; specific ranges apply to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
