Responsibilities
- Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations and configure customer environments.
- Design production workflows, run hands-on enablement sessions, and help developers integrate Cursor into daily engineering work.
- Develop rollout strategies and expand adoption across teams, platforms, and workflows.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, strategic planning discussions, and executive conversations.
- Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy.
- Drive measurable engineering outcomes, long-term product adoption, and workflow standardization.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve customer obstacles.
- Gather strategic customer feedback and help shape product capabilities, playbooks, and reference workflows.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Enterprise Architect.
- Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while operating strategically with technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong instincts for workflow design, adoption strategy, and driving organizational change.
- High ownership, strong execution skills, and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Passion for developer tooling and conviction about how AI will reshape software engineering.
