Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications based on business and application requirements.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet complex business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Lead efforts to improve application design and functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional application integration across the broader technology ecosystem.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical is required.
- Experience customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM for complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting CRM with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization related to CRM data.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
