Responsibilities
- Design and operate organizational units and account-vending automation.
- Implement organization-level guardrails and enforce security policies.
- Build and enforce cost controls for AWS accounts.
- Ensure isolation of accounts and environments from corporate networks.
- Partner with the identity team to design federated access patterns.
- Maintain Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK module libraries.
- Build delivery pipelines for infrastructure and application changes.
- Instrument centralized logging and audit trails for account lifecycles.
- Define and automate lifecycle policies for accounts and environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower and AWS Organizations.
- Deep experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Experience with federated identity and short-lived credential models.
- Working knowledge of service control policies and AWS guardrail design.
- Experience with managed AWS services like EKS, RDS, and serverless services.
- CI/CD pipeline experience supporting Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS cost management tools and centralized logging.
