Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute SAP Master Data Migration strategies, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues while ensuring data integrity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 8 years in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration is required.
- Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices in enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience designing and executing data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
