Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and scientific AI solutions.
- Build scalable AI services supporting engineering co-pilots and knowledge assistants.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models and develop embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate model performance, hallucination rates, and business impact.
- Develop production-quality systems and reusable AI services using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate AI solutions with on-premises environments, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture reviews, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of AI/ML experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, Transformers, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Experience building production AI systems.
- Preferred experience with Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, and AI Observability.
- Preferred hands-on experience with LangGraph and Azure AI Foundry.
- Semiconductor domain knowledge is preferred.
