Base Salary
$119k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, document, develop, deploy, test, debug, optimize, and maintain software solutions for identity management and biometric applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution architecture, coding, testing, deployment, peer reviews, and technical documentation.
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional documentation and technical specifications with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and engage directly with customers during project implementation.
- Serve as a Work Package Manager when assigned, managing scope definition, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Contribute technical expertise to sales proposals, bid preparation, and solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience programming with C#, .NET, and Java, plus JavaScript and Angular versions 9–15.
- Proficiency with Git or Mercurial, and experience with SQL Server and MySQL.
- Knowledge of application security, data protection, web API design, server-side architecture, and cloud-based architectures and services.
- Knowledge of PKI and security best practices is preferred.
- Experience with project documentation, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Must have U.S. or dual citizenship and be able to obtain post-hire CFIUS and Department of Treasury clearance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working abilities.
