Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain software components across systems and applications.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Debug, profile, and optimize software performance while maintaining clean and efficient code.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with C++ programming.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
