Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core services for a cloud platform supporting AI applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems and microservices.
- Develop new metrics and evaluation capabilities for agentic applications.
- Create in-house AI Agents and GenAI capabilities for observability products.
- Define and evolve operational maturity of core services and components.
- Participate in talent acquisition and team building efforts.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of industry experience with a solid foundation in software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python.
- Experience building and operating complex SaaS platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and customer engineering teams.
