Responsibilities
- Modify existing software and application programs and develop new programs for user and management needs.
- Design, test, debug, document, and implement programs.
- Consult with users about program changes and provide technical support.
- Resolve problems in production systems.
- Potentially lead projects involving automated systems or procedures.
- Provide direction and training to other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer service, and teamwork skills.
